'A Little Bit Zombie' in cinemas Feb. 26

From a seemingly harmless mosquito bite, a groom-to-be fights his fate turning into a zombie in the outrageous comedy A Little Bit Zombie starring Kristopher Turner as Steve, Crystal Lowe, Shawn Roberts, Kristen Hager and multi-talented actor Stephen McHattie.

A Little Bit Zombie had recently been awarded as Best Feature Film in several film festivals in the U.S., Brazil and Canada.  The movie’s misadventures start when Steve (Turner), a mild mannered HR manager becomes infected with a zombie virus at his bachelor party.  Unknown to Steve, his infection came from the farther part of the secluded forest where he’s celebrating and where undead exterminator “Shotgun” Max (McHattie) and his bookish assistant, Penelope, are snuffing out a zombie outbreak at the same time. Max relishes killing zombies, as Penelope squeamishly uses the ancient Orb of Conthulezbarr, a crystal sphere filled with blue energy, to locate the undead. During the battle, a mosquito bites one of the zombies and becomes infected. It escapes the bloodbath and flies out onto the open road where … splat … it is crushed on Steve’s car windshield.

Cedric Lee kissing Deniece Cornejo CCTV footage is a non-issue, says Raymond Fortun

Atty. Raymond Fortun, a spokesman of Cedric Lee, said the CCTV footage showing Lee kissing Deniece Cornejo won't affect the case.

In reply to comments on one of his Facebook posts, Fortun said Deniece Cornejo didn't even kiss back and looked like she didn't even want the kiss.
Maybe it's just me, but it looks like the girl didn't even want to be kissed. Others will think otherwise. What matters is, again, what I PERSONALLY KNOW. I have met with DC and CL in a meeting and over dinner. Di ko nakita nor naramdaman na close sila. For me, this is another non-issue because it does not prove or disprove the parties' version of events that night.
He also said the kiss should not even be described as passionate.
I would object to the use of the word "passionately" then I would pull out the definition from the dictionary. Then I would pull my wife and kiss her in a passionate manner to prove my point. I expect to be sustained by the judge.
Furthermore, he said that he has already talked with Lee regarding the latest CCTV footage that came out.
I have spoken to CL about this CCTV. YOU think it is more than a friendly kiss. Maybe, but the girl did not kiss back, nor did she even hold him. If the girl does not kiss back, what does that tell you, sir? Humalik Ka sa babae pero di Ka hinalikan, Ang Ibig sabihin nun ay "BASTED KA," di po ba? Nothing in this video has made me infer that they had lied to me when they said that hindi sila mag-syota.
Fortun said he has reasonable basis to affirm that Lee and Cornejo are not lovers.
Mine was a conclusion based on a visual observation, buttressed by my own observations after spending time in a meeting and dinner with DC and CL. Unlike this psychologist, I don't judge my conclusions on a short video clip. I spoke to them, I observed them IN PERSON. So if I am shown this video and KNOWING how they are in person, I have REASONABLE BASIS to affirm that they are not mag-syota.
Comedian-TV host Vhong Navarro filed criminal cases against Cornejo, Lee and his group after he was mauled inside the condo unit where Cornejo was staying. Navarro said they blindfolded and tied his hands and feet together and beat him up. They also took his pants down and took a video of him, also forcing him to say on camera that he raped Cornejo. The group also tried to extort as much as P2 million from him.

Lee, in an interview that was aired on television, said they beat Navarro up because they found him in the act of raping Cornejo.

CCTV footage, however, matches Navarro's statement that said Cornejo immediately left the unit after he arrived, thus, it was impossible for the rape to happen.

The preliminary investigation of the case filed by Navarro against Cornejo, Lee and  several others is scheduled on Friday at 2 PM.
