Yasmien Kurdi stars in 'Rhodora X', now an exclusive Kapuso talent once again

Yasmien Kurdi is now an exclusive Kapuso talent once again as she signed a contract with GMA-7 on Monday, February 10, 2014.

It's a three-year exclusive contract that was signed in the presence of GMA Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Atty. Felipe L. Gozon, GMA Entertainment TV’s Senior Vice President Lilybeth G. Rasonable and Assistant Vice President for Alternative Productions Ms. Gigi Santiago-Lara.

Kurdi's showbiz career started when she joined the Kapuso Network's talent search, Starstruck. Her batchmates in the artista search include her Rhodora X co-stars Jennylyn Mercado and Mark Herras.

She said she is happy and grateful for signing again with the network that honed her as the actress she is now.

"Simula bata pa lang ako nandito na ako. Nagdalaga ako, nag-mature ako, nandito pa rin ako. I think okay naman po rito kasi turing nila sa akin ay family, isang anak, and not as a business partner.  Sobrang masaya naman kasi dito sa GMA. May tagline na Puso ang Una. Mapi-feel mo talaga sa kanila na minamahal ka nila," she said.
