New CCTV video shows Cedric Lee kissing Deniece Cornejo inside elevator

A new CCTV video has been acquired by the NBI that makes Vhong Navarro's case against Deniece Cornejo, Cedric Lee and company even stronger.

The CCTV video was a footage of the Forbeswood Heights elevator taken on January 22, after Cornejo, Lee and his group have taken Navarro to the police station where they filed a blotter against the comedian-TV host.

In the video, Cornejo, Lee and several others were seen inside the elevator. What was odd, however, was how a smiling Lee kissed Cornejo on both sides of her neck, near the model's ears.

The act, according to Navarro's camp, only shows that there is a deeper relationship between Cornejo and Lee other than friendship. In their previous interview, the two denied that they are romantically  involved with each other.

Another CCTV footage released by the NBI on Thursday night showed Lee's sister, Bernice, inside the elevator, going up the building with two men. She later went down alone via the same elevator. It was taken before Navarro arrived at the condo on January 22.

Navarro filed serious illegal detention, serious physical injury, grave threats, grave coercion, illegal arrest and blackmail case against Cornejo, Lee and several others after the businessman and his group mauled the It's Showtime host inside the condo unit where Cornejo was staying.

Lee said they mauled the actor because they found him in the act of raping Cornejo inside the condo.

Previous CCTV footages provided by the condo's admin, however, matched Navarro's statement, showing there was no way Navarro could have been caught by Lee and his group in the act of raping Cornejo that night of January 22.

But Cornejo still filed a rape charge against Navarro.

Preliminary investigation on the criminal case filed by Navarro is scheduled on Friday, February 14, 2014.
