Sarah Geronimo and Coco Martin are doing a movie together but the singer-actress is still hesitant with regards to doing daring scenes, even if her leading man is the multi-awarded actor.
The Popstar Princess said that the decision of her parents when it comes to things like that matters to her a lot.
“Titingnan po natin," she said in an interview with ABS-CBN News.
She also said that she hopes there could be a way to do a daring scene according to her limitations.
Her past movies with John Lloyd Cruz were all blockbuster hits and have left a big impact to those who have watched them. She admits her biggest challenge now is how she will do a role in a way that will not remind people of Laida Magtalas, her characters in her movie series with Cruz.
Maturity talaga as an actor,” she said.
She and Martin already had a look test for their upcoming movie. It's not their first time to be paired, though, as they already starred in the TV series, 1DOL, in the past.
According to the actor, the popstar is a dream leading lady.
"Masarap kasi siyang katrabaho. Lahat naman siguro ng leading man, pinapangarap siyang makatrabaho,” he said, adding that to work with Sarah again is a request granted.
They will start filming the Jerry Sineneng-directed movie this month. It will be shown this year as part of Star Cinema's 20th anniversary.
