They broke up in 2010. In January last year, rumors broke out that Anderson was dating Maja Salvador, Chiu's then best friend.
Chiu cried in an interview over her wasted friendship with Salvador, but in May 2013, she said over The Buzz interview that she has already forgiven her former best friend as well as her ex-boyfriend. She said, however, that it's difficult for her to forget what they did.
Meanwhile, Kim Chiu stars in the upcoming primetime drama, Ikaw Lamang, together with Coco Martin, Julia Montes and Jake Cuenca. The series premieres March 10.
