The OxiClean Guy has passed away. 50-year-old Billy Mays , who is popular for his "yelling" style of pitching his products, was found unresponsive by his wife Deborah at their Tampa, Florida home Sunday morning. Emergency workers pronounced him dead by 7:45 am. Billy Mays was at the U.S. Airways flight that made a troubled landing Saturday. He was even interviewed by Tampa Bay's Fox about it. "All of a sudden as we hit you know it was just the hardest hit, all the things from the ceiling started dropping. It hit me on the head, but I got a hard head," he narrated. Reports say that Billy Mays was at home around 6:00 pm the previous night. He was acting fine and normal while talking business with his father-in-law. Chris Brown reached a plea settlement which spared him jail time in the Rihanna assault case. According to People , Brown, 20, will be sentenced to five years probation and 180 days of community labor to be served in Virginia. He will also complete a year of domestic violence classes, and pay fines. In exchange, he pleaded guilty to felony assault by means likely to cause great bodily injury. The judge also issued a stay-away order which requires Chris to maintain at least a 50-yard distance from Rihanna. However, a 10-yard distance is to be observed whenever the two are in the same gathering which wouldn't be avoided since they are both top artists of the music industry. In case of violation on the probation, Chris will face four years of imprisonment. On August 5, the court is scheduled to give a second charge for making criminal threats.

Diamond jewels reportedly amounting to 250,000 pounds ($410,000) are nowhere to be found after Lindsay Lohan 's photo shoot. The jewels made by Dior were loaned to Elle magazine for the said photo shoot in north London on June 6. "Officers from Westminster police are investigating an allegation of theft of jewelry from studios in Brewery Road, Islington," the police said in a statement. They did not name Lohan, but the statement was issued in response to a query about the 22-year-old actress. "The theft was reported to a central London police station on 8 June 2009 after earrings and a necklace, believed to be diamond and estimated to be worth in the region of 250,000 pounds, were found to be missing approximately two days earlier."
