It's not all about Adam Lambert, after all... Kris Allen reportedly signed a deal with Jive Records and his first album is set to debut this fall.
As to how the album is going to be like, Kris says "it will be very similar to what you heard from me on the show — definitely in the pop/rock genre."
"No Boundaries," his American Idol victory song, is currently at No. 23 on Billboard's Hot 100 Singles chart.
