Chefs Tristan Encarnacion and Nino Logarta became the first millionaire winners of Minute To Win It during the episode that was aired on Tuesday, February 4, 2014.
The duo successfully accomplished the "Ultimate Challenge" dubbed "Glassroad Trucker" which required them to prop up six bottles upside down and to use the upturned bases as a bridge to move ping pong balls to a shot glass at the other end. They successfully moved five ping pong balls to the shot glass, the number of balls needed to win the million.
Before the jackpot round, Encarnacion and Logarta beat Asian Poker Tour ambassadors Barbie Arsolo and Vannah Rodrigo in the "Head To Head" challenges. The chef duo won ninety thousand in the round, thus, they won a total of P1,090,000.
"After more than a year, finally, we have our first millionaire! There you have it, naghintay tayo ng higit isang taon, and finally meron na tayong milyonaryo," host Luis Manzano said.
