He started his performance by showcasing his drum-playing skills to the delight of the crowd. He then proceeded to sing a medley of his hits which made the crowd sing and dance along.
The Filipino-Puerto Rican performer sang a bit of Give It Away, signaling the performance of the rock band Red Hot Chili Peppers.
He ended the pumped-up performance with Just The Way You Are accompanied by a fireworks display that made it seem like New Year at the MetLife Stadium.
