Maja Salvador on Gerald Anderson: “He is worth fighting for!” (Video)

In a straight “yes,” Maja Salvador admitted that Gerald Anderson is now her boyfriend.

The Ina Kapatid Anak actress was the live guest of Boy Abunda in his “Ikaw Na!” segment in the late night news Bandila, and the short interview didn’t go without questions about Gerald.

The Kapamilya actor went public with their romance in the June 2013 issue of StarStudio magazine, where the actor was quoted as saying: “This is a love worth fighting for.”

Does Maja feel the same?

“He is worth fighting for,” she said with solicited shrieks from the people in the studio.

The 24-year-old actress also shared some words of wisdom regarding falling in love. When asked if the romance with Gerald is the kind that she’d be willing to give up everything for, she wittingly answered: “Hindi porke’t nagmamahal ka, may kailangan kang i-give up. Wala, wala kang dapat i-give up. Fight lang ng fight.”

Meanwhile, she will hold concerts around the Philippines in celebration of her tenth year in showbiz. Titled “Maja Unveils at 10,” she will be at the Metro Colon Cebu on June 15, NCC Palawan on June 29, MCC Gym Lanao del Norte on July 1, SM Baliwag on July 27, SM Rosales on August 3, KCC Mall Gen San on August 30, SM Batangas on Sept 21, and SM San Lazaro on September 28.

She’s also part of the Ina Kapatid Anak mall shows at the Glorietta in Makati on June 2, and Market Market in Taguig on June 9. Both shows start at 4 PM.

To top it off, she will have her 25th birthday concert in Davao on October 5.

With her busy sched going around the country starting this June, we’re almost sure she’s not doing any soap until after these concerts are done.
