The sixth and last quarterfinals of Pilipinas Got Talent 4 was aired on Saturday, May 11, 2013. The last two semifinalists will come from this batch.
First to perform was the group of synchronized swimmers called Rosenrei Synchro Sirens. Judge Kris Aquino said they are superb, Ai-Ai de las Alas said they looked like dancing fishes, and Freddie M. Garcia commended them for having leveled up.
Contemporary dancers, the VMA from Bacolod, were the second to perform. The group of seamen impressed all three judges. Kris described them as graceful, Ai-Ai said they have leveled up, and they wowed FMG with their performance.
Balungao Robotic Dancers from Pangasinan was the third to perform. Their costumes were so colorful they looked pleasing to the eyes. Kris praised how the girls and the boys moved the same way, Ai-Ai commended their costumes, and FMG said they have a very big impact.
Bughaw Folkloric Dance Group from Cavite performed next and they indeed impressed everyone with their collection of folk dances. Kris said they are her sister Pinky's favorite and that they have genuine Filipino talent and creativity. FMG, meanwhile, hoped they find a job with the Department of Tourism.
The GenSan Stunt Team did an exhibition routine with their bikes. Ai-Ai praised their new stunts and commended them for performing as a team. Kris was impressed and said they are visually pleasing. FMG, meanwhile, congratulated them for doing well.
Lateral Drift Productions was the last to perform with their drifting routine. Ai-Ai said they are the epitome of action stars. Kris commented that the act was in time for the new Fast And The Furious movie and even said "if Hollywood can do it, the Philippines can do it too."

The two who will make it in tomorrow's episode will join earlier-announced semi-finalists that include Chaeremon Basa, The Miss Tres, Zilent Overload, Eumee Lyn Capile, MP3 Band, Symmetry, D’ Intensity Breakers, Tito Cris Castro, Roel Manlangit and Frankendal Fabroa.
