‘The Voice Of The Philippines’ coaches perform on pilot episode (Video)

The Voice Of The Philippines premiered on Saturday night, June 15, 2013, with the Blind Auditions.

Before they headed to their chairs, however, the four superstar coaches made the energy inside the venue higher by performing The Script’s Hall Of Fame.

Award-winning broadway actress Lea Salonga, Black Eyed Peas' apl.de.ap, rock icon Bamboo, and Pop Star Princess Sarah Geronimo all wowed the crowd with the upbeat number which ended with the four of them sitting on their respective chairs.

Meanwhile, Sarah was so picky tonight that she was the only one with no talent under her team. She seemed to be looking for a special something in the voice of the auditionees and hopefully, she gets to have someone in her team in tomorrow's episode.

Lea Salonga was the first coach to have someone in her team, followed by Bamboo and apl.de.ap. Here are their respective talents:

Team Lea: Darryl Shy, Chien Berbana
Team Bamboo: Deb Victa
Team Apl: Thor Dulay

The Voice Of The Philippines airs Saturdays at 9:00 PM and Sundays at 8:15 PM, only on ABS-CBN.
