According to the photo’s caption, It is their “take on equality for gay rights.”

Famed photographer Mark Nicdao shot the pic as evident in the shout out included in the caption.
Despite the praises the photo has received, it also drew some flack from some netizens. One of the photo’s comments said it’s incest as the two are cousins. Another one said that gay rights and equality goes beyond same sex kissing.
A lot, however, commended the two for being brave, for supporting gay rights, and for being hot, among others.
