'Love Rain' and 'Absolute Boyfriend' begin airing June 24 on ABS-CBN

As the "country's first and true home of Asianovelas," ABS-CBN brings to local television two new programs that will surely be part of your morning and afternoon viewing habit.

The Tagalog-dubbed versions of the romantic drama Love Rain and the romantic comedy Absolute Boyfriend will begin airing on Monday, June 24.

Starring Asia's Drama Prince Jang Geun Suk and Girls Generation's Yoona, Love Rain will air on the Kapamilya Network's morning block at 10 AM. It is about the story of college sweethearts who got separated back in the 70s. However, love found its way back to them through their children who also fell in love in the present time. But will they suffer the same fate as their parents'?

Absolute Boyfriend, on the other hand, will air at 5 PM in the Kapamilya Gold block. It stars Koo Hye-Sun (Jan Di of Boys Over Flowers) and Jiro Wang (Hana Kimi). It tells a funny story of a girl who asked for a boyfriend and was given one in the form of a robot.

Don't forget to catch Love Rain after Naruto, and Absolute Boyfriend after Pinoy True Stories beginning Monday, June 24, 2013, on ABS-CBN.
