Lee Grane Maranan got a standing ovation from the audience when she sang Sarah McLachlan’s In The Arms Of An Angel during the Blind Auditions of The Voice Of The Philippines.
She first sang her version of Freddie Aguilar’s Anak which made coaches Sarah Geronimo and Bamboo turn. But when Lea Salonga asked if she could sing in English, Lee Grane started strumming her guitar to Sarah McLachlan’s song.
A few lines and it made Lea and apl.de.ap regret that they did not turn for her.
In the end, Lee Grane chose Bamboo, who shed tears over her second performance, over Sarah who first turned for her.
Check out her Blind Audition below.
