Ai-Ai de las Alas will be the first-ever contestant of Minute To Win It during its premiere on Monday, January 14.
Hosted by Luis Manzano, the game show consists of challenges that have to be completed by the contestants within 60 seconds.
The trailer shows Ai-Ai having a hard time doing some of the challenges but she seems ecstatic towards the end which meant that she was able to finish something within the allowed time.
Her boyfriend, Jed Salang, was also shown in the audience and the ace comedienne must have been so inspired in doing the challenges with her special someone watching.
Minute To Win It is the Philippine franchise of the American game show that aired for only two seasons from March 2010 to September 2011. It has been franchised, however, in 40 countries including Spain (Uno Para Ganar), United Kingdom, Australia and even South Korea (Sasohan Dojeon 60-cho).
The ABS-CBN version of the show will air in the morning block at 11am, moving Be Careful With My Heart in a little later timeslot of 11:45am to 12:30pm. It’s Showtime was also moved 30 minutes later at 12:30 pm.
Other celebrity contestants gracing Minute To Win It on its pilot week are Cristine Reyes, Rico J. Puno and Shamcey Supsup among others.
