“It’s Showtime” wins against “Wowowillie” in national ratings

ABS-CBN’s noontime show It’s Showtime wasn’t shaken by its new competition, TV5’s Wowowillie hosted by Willie Revillame.

According to Kantar Media Total Philippines (Urban and Rural) Household TV Ratings last Monday, January 28, It’s Showtime got 12.3% national rating compared to Wowowillie’s 6.5%.

The beefed-up Kapamilya noontime show’s new offerings include the celebrity edition of ‘Bida Kapamilya’ featuring the famous celebrity families, ‘Kalokalike,’ a search for people who can best imitate their popular showbiz idols based on appearance, behavior, and performance, and ‘Makina Matibay,’ where a group of people competes with a machine to determine which of them does better certain mechanical tasks such as scraping coconuts and crushing ice.

It’s Showtime airs Mondays through Fridays at 12:30pm and Saturdays at at 12:00nn on ABS-CBN.

With regards to Jeffrey Oh, James' legal counsel (who was with him during the interview) said that Jeffrey Oh has more than a hundred million peso past obligations to Careless when the lawyer first studied the case. They advised Oh to stop transacting in behalf of Careless while still trying to fix his obligations but he again made a number of new transactions using the said company plus a couple more companies
