Erich Gonzales wouldn’t say a word about the controversy that involves Gerald Anderson, Maja Salvador and Kim Chiu.
“I don’t want to comment, I’m not involved, my goodness,” she told push.com.ph when asked about it.
People couldn’t help but ask her questions regarding the matter because she used to be close with Kim and belong in the same circle of friends as her. They, however, had a falling out in 2011 and that’s the time when Kim became close to Maja.
Erich also explained that she and Kim are not that close nowadays because they don’t get to hang out anymore as they are both busy with their careers.
“Kung before super close because we hang out, siguro po nag-iba dahil nag-iba lang 'yung mga interest namin at naging busy. Hindi na kami nagkikita aside from ASAP or kapag may mga shows. Pero I’m cool with them.”
Furthermore, Erich said she’s not the type to keep any hard feelings towards someone, and described holding grudges as so ‘high school.’
“Diyos ko naman, parang grade one lang ‘yan, parang high school ‘yang ganyang awayan or samaan ng loob... Sa business na ito, sobrang maliit lang. So para sa akin hindi maganda na mayroon kang kaaway. Kasi eventually magkikita at magkakatrabaho kayo.”
“Ako, honestly speaking wala akong kaaway and kung meron man, hindi ko alam 'yun. Baka sila lang ang may something sa akin. So ako, I can go to bed na walang iniisip na masama sa kapwa, judgment or hate. Kasi ’pag naiipon ’yan, 'pag sumabog, hindi maganda,” she explained.
Erich is set to be back on primetime TV via Juan Dela Cruz which premieres on February 4. The series is topbilled by Coco Martin and directed by Malu Sevilla. It will air on the timeslot that will be left by Princess And I, which is right before Kim and Maja’s Ina Kapatid Anak.
