Based on the weather forecast of Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) released on 5am of January 20, Davao City government has suspended classes for Monday, Jan. 21.
Class suspension covers kindergarten to high school levels as announced on the city’s official Facebook and Twitter accounts.
ANNOUNCEMENT:
On the basis of the PAGASA 24-hour Public Weather Forecast issued at 5am on January 20, 2013, all classes are SUSPENDED tomorrow, January 21, Monday from KINDERGARTEN TO HIGHSCHOOL. Thank you.
In the 5am bulletin, PAGASA said that Metro Davao will be cloudy with rain showers or thunderstorms on Monday. Furthermore, Davao Oriental and Compostela Valley will have light to moderate rains.
