Carrie Underwood has released the music video for her latest single Two Black Cadillacs on Wednesday, January 23, via her YouTube Vevo channel. The song was from her fourth studio album Blown Away.
The song is about a man who was killed by his wife and his mistress, both of whom attended the funeral.
Part of the lyrics goes:
“One is for his wife, the other for the woman who loved him at night. Two black Cadillacs meeting for the first time.”
The music video was interesting to watch in the sense that it’s like watching a dark, suspense movie. You won’t let it go until the end just to find out what happened.
The chorus goes:
“And the preacher said he was a good man, and his brother said he was a good friend, but the women in the two black veils they didn’t bother to cry.”
