“Be Careful With My Heart” is Telenovela finalist in New York Festivals 2013

ABS-CBN’s Be Careful With My Heart is among the finalists from the Philippines at the New York Festivals World’s Best Television & Films 2013.

The Jodi Sta. Maria and Richard Yap-starrer will compete under the Telenovelas category, competing with Relaciones Peligrosas of the Telemundo Network.

Gerald Anderson’s Budoy is also a finalist under the Drama category, competing with South Korea’s The Princess’s Man and United Kingdom’s Home Front among others.

There are about 50 countries competing this year, and with the long list of finalists, let’s hope and pray that our 14 representatives will bring home the awards in their respective categories.

  • Sales - Rogue Cover, Unitel Productions, Inc.
  • Short Films - A Life in a Day, Unitel Productions, Inc.
  • Social Issues - Krusada: "Bata ng Tahanan" (Child-Headed Homes), ABS-CBN
  • Social Issues - Reel Time: Bone Dry (Salat), GMA News TV
  • Sports Program Promotion - A Call to Arms, ABS-CBN
  • Telenovelas - Be Careful With My Heart, ABS-CBN

The awarding ceremonies will be held on April 9 at the NAB Show in Las Vegas, Nevada.
