TV host Pia Guanio took to Twitter to tell the world that she has given birth to a healthy baby girl on August 30, 2012.
Yesterday night, Pia tweeted:
At 1255am today, Scarlet Jenine was born. Heavy at 7.8pounds and tall at 20 inches! Thank you Lord for the wonderful gift in our lives!

She and husband Steve Mago named their first child Scarlet Jenine. The baby weighed 7.8 lbs and was 20 inches tall.
A day before that, however, the Kapuso host tweeted going to a bike shop with husband, saying she has just felt how men feel when their ladies are in a shoe store. On the same day, she tweeted about getting ready for the hospital.
On August 29, Pia tweeted:
Scarlet and I will be going to the hospital soon. Help us pray it will be quick, normal and free of complications!

Pia and Steve got married October 2011. Pia announced being five weeks pregnant last January and took a maternity leave from showbiz early July.
She, though, reassured her fans through 24 Oras, where she anchors the segment Chika Minute, that she will be back on television after giving birth. “I’m just gonna… get used to be a mom first,” she said.
Congratulations Pia and Steve! I can’t wait to see Pia back in Eat Bulaga! and 24 Oras, though.
