Manny Pacquiao’s next fight, which was originally scheduled on November 10, 2012, has been rescheduled to December 1st.
The new date was reportedly chosen by the boxing champ himself. He will start to train in October and the training will be in Manila and not Baguio as he preferred in the past.
Up until now, however, the boxer he will face against hasn’t been made final yet. Names that have popped up are Timothy Bradley, Miguel Cotto and Juan Manuel Marquez.
Pacquiao lost to Bradley last June in a controversial split decision. It would be nice to have the two face each other again because many boxing fans were dissatisfied with the result of the fight.
Cotto has already lost to the Pinoy boxing champ in 2009 via technical knockout in the twelfth round.
Marquez, on the other hand, has already lost twice to Pacquiao in 2008 and 2011. Their first match in 2004 was a draw.
