Kuya Kim pays tribute to Rizal and Bonifacio in “Matanglawin” (Aug 26)

In line with the celebration of the National Heroes Day, Kim “Kuya Kim” Atienza will feature two of the country’s most popular historical figures – Jose Rizal and Andres Bonifacio – in Matanglawin this Sunday (August 26).

Kuya Kim will go back in time to revisit the lives of these heroes and reveal some things about them that the history books don’t tell us.

Learn about Rizal’s extensive resume as a revolutionary, doctor, sculptor, painter, writer and polyglot. And did you know that his love letters are one of his secret weapons in courting beautiful women?

Kuya Kim also reveals Bonifacio’s penchant for “anting-anting.” Is that really the reason why Bonifacio can fight the country’s enemies without getting as much as “just a scratch?”
