My Husband’s Lover, an upcoming drama series of GMA-7, has got a new teaser. The series stars Carla Abellana, Dennis Trillo, and newly-turned Kapuso Tom Rodriguez.
The series has a sensitive theme as it tackles the pains of a wife (Carla) who finds out that she has a bisexual husband (Tom). Likewise, it also relates the story of what a gay man (Dennis) has to go through when the object of his affection is taken away from him by circumstances.
Directed by Dominic Zapata and created by Suzette Doctolero, the cast also includes Kevin Santos, Pancho Magno, Karel Marquez, Bettina Carlos, Victor Basa, Kuh Ledesma, Roi Vinzon, Glydel Mercado and Chandra Romero.
My Husband’s Lover, which is not to be confused with the Korean series of the same title as the latter does not have a gay theme, will premiere on June 10, 2013. It will replace the Richard Gutierrez-starrer Love And Lies which ends this Friday.
