Vhong Navarro beaten and tied up inside condo unit

Comedian-TV host Vhong Navarro was allegedly attacked by a group of men inside a condominium unit in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City.

According to a statement by Vhong’s manager, Chito Roño, Vhong was invited by a female friend to the said condo unit.

When the It’s Showtime host got there, he was blindfolded, beaten, tied up, threatened, and became a victim of extortion.

Reason behind the attack is yet to be revealed.

Si Vhong ay kasalukuyang nagpapagaling at mawawala ng pansamantala sa “It’s Showtime” at iba pa niyang proyekto.

Vhong is currently recuperating in a hospital and might have to undergo surgery due to the beating.

He will temporarily not be seen in It’s Showtime and in his other projects while he is recovering.
