Deniece Cornejo 'went down' on him on their first date, says Vhong Navarro

In an affidavit Vhong Navarro gave the National Bureau of Investigation, Deniece Cornejo 'went down' on him on their first date.

Cornejo was the 22-year-old model who cried rape against the comedian-TV host, reason why he got beaten up by the group of Cedric Lee.

In the said affidavit, it was revealed that Navarro and Cornejo first met two years ago in a shoe store. They exchanged numbers but eventually lost touch, until two months ago via Facebook and Viber.

They had their first date earlier this month at the condo unit of Cornejo in Forbeswood Heights in Taguig City. According to Navarro, they made out after drinking a bottle of white wine, which eventually went to Cornejo going down on him.

Material Facts:

1. FERDINAND NAVARRO y HIPOLITO a.k.a. VHONG NAVARRO met DENIECE CORNEJO at a shoe store two (2) years ago wherein they exchanged their contact details. A friendship was developed through communication at Facebook, however, their communication stop. Their communication rekindled two (2) months ago through Facebook and Viber. Their communication ended up to a personal meet-up at DENIECE CORNEJO's condominium unit at Forbeswood Heights Condominium, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig wherein after consuming one (1) bottle of white wine, they made out and it led to oral sex where DENIECE CORNEJO repeatedly inserted in her mouth the private part of the victim. Thereafter, when victim left said place, Ms. CORNEJO sent him a text message "BAD BOY KA", and the victim replied "SORRY TALAGA".

It did not take long for DENIECE CORNEJO to send text messages to Victim. Ms. CORNEJO invited Victim for dinner at her place and they both agreed to meet up on January 22, 2014. On the evening of said date, after victim met with his friends at TAPEO restaurant at The Fort, Victim ordered food to take-out for Ms. CORNEJO and he arrived at said condo around 10:45 p.m. Instead of Ms. CORNEJO fetching victim at the condo's lobby, Ms. CORNEJO instructed victim to go straight to her unit and the guards knew he was coming as her visitor. Upon disembarking from the elevator  at the 2nd floor, Ms. CORNEJO was surprised to see Victim and she said "GINULAT MO NAMAN AKO, HINDI PA AKO NAKAPAGLILINIS". Ms. CORNEJO accompanied victim to her condo unit.

When victim was inside the condo unit of Ms. CORNEJO, Ms. CORNEJO immediately left the same and two male individuals came out of the room of Ms. CORNEJO, one pointed his gun at victim. The two simultaneously threw punches at Victim's face and body. Victim was thrown to the ground and he was blindfolded while his hands and feet were tied using a duct tape. Victim

heard several persons who entered the condo unit and also joined in beating him up. then, Victim's short pants was pulled down and his blind fold was removed wherein he saw video cameras where pointed at his private parts. While guns pointed at Victim, he was ordered by these perpetrators to say "AKO SI VHONG, NI-RAPE KO ANG KAIBIGAN KO". They threatened Victim that they will kill his children and family if he refused to do so. These perpetrators composed of CEDRIC LEE,  ZIMMER RANCE, FERNANDO GUERRERO, a certain "MIKE" and two (2) other male companions and two (2) females namely DENIECE CORNEJO and BERNICE LEE, did something embarrassing to his private parts while the video cameras were recording.
