Rhian Ramos gets a very rare opportunity to walk the ramp of LA Fashion Week. But will GMA-7 allow her to fly when she’s playing a very important role in Indio?
Reports say that top Pinoy designer Pia Gladys Perey wants Rhian to walk for her Fall 2013 collections show, and that opportunity could open a lot of doors for Rhian abroad.
LA Fashion Week Fall 2013 events start on March 6 and ends March 17. Normally, an actor could tape her scenes for a teleserye in advance so he could have a chance to leave, but Indio is already doing that not for Rhian to be able to go to LA but for the coming Holy Week when everyone goes on vacation.
Sad if Rhian couldn’t grab this opportunity, but I’m sure GMA-7 can do a way to let her go for a while if the network is really willing.
Meanwhile, Perey and Michael Cinco are the only Pinoy designers at the LAFW.
