Myrtle Sarrosa - ‘Mr. Kupido’ music video feat. Enrique Gil

Star Records has released the music video for Myrtle Sarrosa’s new song Mr. Kupido and it features Kapamilya heartthrob Enrique Gil.

Mr. Kupido was originally sung by Rachel Alejandro back in the days. Tootsie Guevarra also revived it before but it didn’t make as much of an impact.

Myrtle sang it beautifully. I love hearing those little vibratos at the end which could be a signature that will make her singing voice distinctively recognizable in an instant.

Although she didn’t do as much cosplaying in the MV, she still donned some wigs and outfits but not as flamboyant as the ones she used to wear in PBB Teen Edition. At least she looked a little ‘normal’ here that non-cosplay fans wouldn’t find her an eye sore.

The addition of Enrique in the music video added enough kilig that would make you want to watch it till the end. I secretly thanked the powers that be, however, when he didn’t do the ‘dougie’ when he danced.
