The 21-year-old Kundiman singer from Surigao City was able to impress Bamboo MaƱalac, Sarah Geronimo, apl.de.ap and Lea Salonga with her distinct voice and different kind of music.

She sang Uwahig from the play of the same title. It means water in Bukidnon dialect. None of the coaches has heard the song before that’s why it took them a while to press the buttons.

Bamboo was first to turn around, repeatedly banging on his button during the song’s highest note a little near the end of the song. He was followed by Lea, then Sarah, and eventually apl.de.ap.

In the end, Juvie chose Lea. She confessed that she is a fan and that initially, her only wish was to see Lea in person when she found out she’s one of The Voice’s coaches.
