Vice Ganda sings at London event (VIDEOS)

Despite his throat condition, Vice Ganda was allowed by his doctor to sing at a London event on July 21st.

Titled London Barrio Fiesta, the comedian was seen singing like nothing’s wrong with his vocal cords.

Vice has taken a leave from It’s Showtime beginning Monday last week because his doctor advised him to take a total voice rest as polyps were found in his vocal cords. The following day, he posted photos on his Instagram account that showed him undergoing digital stroboscopy.

On Friday night, he was present to receive his Comedian of the Year trophy at the 2013 Yahoo! OMG! Awards at the Mall of Asia (MoA) Arena. According to him, he was allowed by his doctor to speak at the event. He also revealed that his stroboscopy showed his polyps have become smaller.

Vice said he’s on steroids because the polyps are still there. And if steroids won’t make it better, he would have to undergo surgery.

Here's the part 2 of his London video courtesy of YouTube's JJmaplesyrup:
