Enrique Gil and Julia Montes are two of the lead stars in ABS-CBN’s biggest drama offering for 2013, Muling Buksan Ang Puso.
During the presscon, the two were asked if they are ready for kissing scenes, if ever their roles in the series require such.
Enrique confessed he’s not yet ready for kissing scenes, but said he will do it if the role requires.
“Kung sa ngayon ay iniisip ko na ‘handa ka na ba na makipag-kissing scene?’ Teka lang. Pero siyempre kung kailangan talagang gawin ay magiging ready po ako, huwag kayong mag-alala,” said the young actor who is dubbed as the Next Ultimate Leading Man.
Meanwhile, Julia, who has done kissing scenes in the past, said she can always say no if she feels it is unnecessary.
“Nagawa ko na din kasi ito [kissing scene]. Ang weird naman na sabihin kong hindi ako handa. Pero sabi ko if ever na hindi talaga kailangan, I can say no. Pero kung super super kailangan I can say yes,” said Julia.
Muling Buksan Ang Puso is set to premiere this July in ABS-CBN’s Primetime Bida. It also stars Enchong Dee and is directed by Nuel Naval and Manny Palo.
