Ethel Booba denies confronting and shouting at Willie Revillame

Ethel Booba denied that she shouted at Willie Revillame at the backstage of Wowowillie which resulted into her controversial removal from the TV5 noontime show.

The comedienne and singer finally broke her silence during the press conference of the new Kapatid show, Boracay Bodies, of which she is part of the cast.

“Witness ang mga staff at si Ate Gay. Alam nilang walang sigawan na nangyari,” Ethel said, belying what Willie angrily said on national television on February 28th when he reprimanded Ethel and Ate Gay for shouting at him backstage.

According to Ethel, she didn’t see the live tirade coming because all along, she thought they were in good terms.

“Feeling ko okay kami,” she said. “Sabi pa nga niya, ‘wag kang mag-alala, ipagtatanggol kita (against Twitter bashers).”

And with regards to Willie’s statement that she confronted him in the dressing room, “Maling-mali ang statement niya na sinugod namin siya sa dressing room. Teritoryo niya yon. Di totoo yon.”
