The 3rd quarterfinals performance night of Pilipinas Got Talent 4 was held on April 20, 2013, live at the PAGCOR Grand Theater in Parañaque City. The third batch of six quarterfinalists performed for the viewers’ votes because only two of them will get through to the Top 12.
First to perform was the Tahanang Walang Hagdan Wheelchair Dancesport and BMG Dancers. The dancers on wheelchairs danced to the tune of Perhaps Perhaps Perhaps. The judges liked the performance. Kris Aquino said they had connection and she saw the passion of the group. Ai-Ai de las Alas said the group showed that disability isn’t a hindrance to show one’s talents, while Freddie M. Garcia noted that they leveled up and that they showed what they could do.
Next was the 63-year-old dog lover/trainer Florendo “Randy” Macalma who performed with two of his talented dogs with Footloose in the background. Kris said he had the perfect choice of music, perfect dance step, and perfect synchronicity with his dogs. Ai-Ai, on the other hand, felt how Randy and his dogs love one another and described the talent as “hayop” and the dogs’ performance as “cute na cute.” FMG thought the routine was common aside from that part when the dog walked backwards while circling Randy.
Third to perform was the MP3 Band from Davao City. The three-man band was unique in a way that they had a beatboxer and they did quite a trick while performing like two persons play one guitar at the same time. They did Mahirap Magmahal Ng Syota Ng Iba and all three judges liked it. Kris revealed that the band almost did not make it to the Top 36 and they were in the bottom three slots. She added, however, that for her, they’re now in the Top 3. It was agreed by FMG, and commended the band for their unique guitar playing. Ai-Ai described their performance as “cool na cool.”
Fourth was a group composed of twins called Symmetry, also from Davao. They did a mirror dance and their music was a medley of lively songs that included Harlem Shake and Hey Soul Sister, among others. They were given a standing ovation by the audience and the judges. Kris said they made Davao proud and they had all the elements that could make them stars. Ai-Ai said they were unique and entertaining and FMG praised their synchronicity.
Next was singer Randy De Silva who impersonated Michael Jackson. He sang a lively The Way You Make Me Feel and his vocals was impressive. Kris revealed that like the MP3 Band, Randy also almost did not make it to the Top 36. After seeing him perform, she didn’t regret putting him through one bit. She also said that she liked how he seemed to tell a story through his singing. Ai-ai was surprised to see he could dance, while FMG noticed that he had better confidence compared to when they first saw him.
The sixth and last performer of the night was Michael Fernando A.K.A. “Mifer” who used to do comedy magic but did a serious magic act this time. Kris was stunned with the tricks and said that his routine was very clean. Ai-Ai was stunned as well and FMG said he was looking forward to his comedy magic but liked his serious magic routine nonetheless.

Two of these acts will advance to the semi-finals. The act that will receive the most number of votes will automatically be a semi-finalist. The judges, on the other hand, will have to decide on who between the second and third highest vote-getters will advance and become part of the Top 12.
