The gap between the two more prominent noontime shows, ABS-CBN’s It’s Showtime and GMA-7’s Eat Bulaga!, has decreased to 0.8% and the two are next to each other in the national ratings.
Based on Kantar Media’s data, It’s Showtime got 13.9% national rating on Tuesday, April 23, 2013, while Eat Bulaga! got 13.1%. The Kapamilya noontime variety show has been toppling its Kapuso counterpart and previous no. 1 noontime program for quite a few weeks now.
Meanwhile, the Kapamilya block still led the race with Juan Dela Cruz still on top with 33.7%, followed by Ina Kapatid Anak with 30.6% and the evening news TV Patrol with 25.1%.
