James Yap and Kris Aquino meet again, agree on Bimby’s visitation sched

Kris Aquino and James Yap met at the Makati Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 140 yesterday for the hearing regarding the basketball player’s visitation rights to his son Bimby.

James arrived together with Mike Gayoso, while Kris and Bimby were accompanied by the actress’ sisters Ballsy, Pinky and Viel.

Presided by Judge Cristina Sulit, the hearing lasted for almost two hours, after which the former couple seemed to be both happy with the decision.

Reportedly, James was allowed by the court to visit Bimby three times a week, every Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.

“I think ang decision ni Judge Sulit today, ang inayos niyang agreement between both parties, would really benefit my son very much and I’m grateful to her,” Kris said without revealing much of what happened because of the gag order.

He also said that he hopes he and Kris could become successful parents to Bimby despite the fact that they weren’t successful in being a couple.
