Louise delos Reyes tearfully confessed to Startalk TX on Saturday that she and Enzo Pineda have parted ways two weeks ago.
Their relationship started out almost two years ago towards the end of Louise’s first series, Alakdana. Louise recalled how Enzo retweeted one of her tweets which started their friendship.
The young actress also spoke highly of her now ex-boyfriend. “Hindi lang siya basta boyfriend. Ano ko din siya, daddy ko, kuya and best friend, best buddy, kasi ang dami naming napapag-usapan. As in non-stop. Kahit hindi ‘yung mga sweet messages, hindi lang ‘yun eh. More on parang tinutulungan namin ‘yung isa’t isa to grow.”
For the past month, however, they were both highly emotional which resulted in a lot of disagreements and the eventual split.
“[It was] super painful,” Louise said, describing the experience. “Siyempre kasi parang hindi lang ako nawalan ng isang boyfriend, nawalan din ako ng best friend.”
But she said she’s still open to the possibility of reconciliation in the future. “I’m not closing any doors. Open po ako sa idea na magkakaayos pa kami, pero sa ngayon, siguro po, mas okay nang ganito.”
Louise topbills GMA-7’s newest primetime offering Mundo Mo’y Akin which premieres tonight, while Enzo is one of the leads in the afternoon series Kakambal Ni Eliana which will start airing in April.
I guess it’s good that they are both busy with their respective careers since it will help them move on faster. But who knows, they might be back together again sooner than we think.
