Julia Barretto misses aunt Claudine very much

Mirabella stars Julia Barretto and Enrique Gil were interviewed in Umagang Kay Ganda where they were shown photos of people that they will describe with the first thing that comes to their mind.

Among the photos that were flashed were the ones of Julia's aunts Gretchen and Claudine Barretto.

When the photo of Gretchen, was flashed, she and Enrique described her as "generous," with Enrique adding that "she's like a mom" to him.

Claudine was then described by Julia as "malambing" and "mabait." She also said she misses her very much and that she's also a very huge fan.

When asked what among Claudine's projects were her favorites, Julia quickly answered Milan (a movie with Piolo Pascual), Marina (a TV series where Claudine played a mermaid role) and Anak (a box-office hit with Vilma Santos).

A photo of her mom with her siblings was flashed next.

"The best people in the world," Julia exclaimed. "I love them!"

Meanwhile, she described her dad, Dennis Padilla, as "very funny" and that she misses him a lot.

"Nakakatuwa kasi sasabihin n'ya talaga sa 'yo 'pag proud s'ya sa 'yo," Julia also said of his dad.

About her parents being separated, she said she felt sad at first but had to understand the situation.

"I was so young [when they separated]. I was so forced to think ahead na, e, be wise beyond my years so that I'll understand certain things. Syempre na-sad ako at first pero it was the only way my mom was gonna be completely happy. So I'll be happy wherever she'll be happy," she said.
