Mendiola has already denied it by replying to a Twitter post by a certain Francis Varon but the story just won't stop.
According to Varon's post, the Maria Mercedes star didn't want to have her hand carry checked.
"I’m quite disappointed on your attitude you showed earlier at the airport @jessymendiola," Varon posted on his Twitter account, @coyxxx, as quoted by pep.ph.
He then said that Mendiola didn't want to go through the process that even senators go through.
“Saying, ‘Bakit ano ba problema sa handcarry ko?’ Even senators submit themselves to screening procedures. Gosh. Shame on you @jessymendiola,” he further posted.
The Kapamilya actress reacted and replied to the post through her official Twitter account, denying that she ever said those words.
"@coyxxx oh i didnt say that. Actually i thought the xray machine wasnt working. I didnt throw my bag, i couldnt reach the machine because of the big board covering it. Next time dont put words in my mouth. :) thanks," she wrote.
