Teen King Daniel Padilla is on the cover of Working Mom magazine's May 2014 issue with his mom, Karla Estrada, and siblings JC, Magui and Carmela.

It is the mag's Mother's Day issue, and it highlights the parenting style of Estrada who is a single mom.

Meanwhile, Daniel will be holding a birthday concert on Wednesday at the Smart Araneta Coliseum. He also held one same day and same venue last year. The teen superstar turned 19 on April 26.

PBB Teen Edition 4 Audition at MOA on January 6 & 13
