KC Concepcion on real score with Paulo Avelino: "No comment!"

KC Concepcion's Instagram posts on April 19 had some showbiz fans speculate that she has already turned down suitor Paulo Avelino.

Concepcion, who is currently staying in New York, was visited by the actor over the Holy Week.

One of the TV host-actress' Instagram posts that day showed her with Avelino, with a stove and a used pan in the background. She captioned it with: "Safe flight home. It made my heart happy to cook for you that day & to see you enjoying the little things, even just for a while. Thank you. For everything."

The other post showed shadows of two people, assumed to be hers and Avelino's, and was captioned with a line taken out of Barry Manilow's song "Somewhere Down The Road" that goes: "Our roads are gonna cross again. It doesn't really matter when."

"Somewhere Down The Road" is a song that talks about a love that happened at a wrong time. But Concepcion could also just mean she's not sure when they are going to meet again since she's currently in New York and he is in Manila.

Meanwhile, those following the courtship between them have noticed that they no longer follow each other on Instagram. Is their budding romance now over?

But ABS-CBN's Darla Sauler said he texted Concepcion and asked if she and Avelino have already parted ways and if they really unfollowed each other on Instagram.

Here's Concepcion's short reply as quoted in Sauler's article on push.abs-cbn.com:

"No comment except… Basta, mahal ko siya. Yun lang. :)" she said.
