Sharon Cuneta will soon star in her first teleserye ever in her entire showbiz career.
TV5 was lucky to have convinced the megastar to do a teleserye via the upcoming Madam Chairman, a tawa-serye slash social commentary show.
The 47-year-old actress will play the title role in the series to be written by Joey Reyes and directed by Joel Lamangan.
Also in the cast are Jay Manalo as Dodong, Madam Chairman’s husband; Akihiro Blanco as Bubuy, Madam Chairman’s eldest son; Shaira Mae as the love interest of Bubuy; Regine Angeles as Beverly Pagaspas, the kontrabida; Patani as Diosa, the neighborhood tsismosa; and Gladys Reyes as Jingle Blomquist, Madam Chairman’s BFF.
Said to be the “pinakamegang show to date” of Sharon, Madam Chairman will air soon only on the Kapatid Network.
