Kantar Media National TV Ratings (July 2-3) - ‘It’s Showtime’ fails to beat ‘Eat Bulaga!’ despite new set debut

The first live episode of ABS-CBN’s It’s Showtime after a week of showing replays failed to topple its rival GMA-7 show Eat Bulaga! on Wednesday, July 3, 2013, based on Kantar Media’s data.

The Kapamilya noontime show only got 12.4% national rating that day versus the Kapuso program’s 15.3%. That is also despite the fact that the Vice Ganda-lead show debuted its new set on the same day.

Meanwhile, Huwag Ka Lang Mawawala topbilled by Judy Ann Santos is back down to its below 30% rating - 28.8% on Tuesday and 28.6% on Wednesday. On Friday, it broke into the 30% mark for the first time with 31.2%, followed by 30.0% on Monday.
