Marlo Mortel who plays Niccolo in the hit romantic comedy Be Careful With My Heart has been catching the attention of televiewers.
His role as the teenager who has a crush on his bestfriend’s sister is cute in a way that he is really believable in portraying someone who makes fun of his crush instead of telling her about his feelings.
But then he’s really not new to television, as fans of the Kapuso show Master Showman can attest. He used to carry the name of John Miguel and he can sing. He was even tagged as King of Mall Shows in the show. And, of course, he also auditioned for the first season of The X Factor Philippines but didn’t make it to the live shows.
Anyway, Marlo Mortel has his own YouTube channel where he uploads a lot of his cover songs. Watching his videos, you’d find out that his talents are not just confined to acting and singing. He could also play the guitar and the piano.
