Rachelle Ann Go, Aicelle Santos and Frencheska Farr among top “Miss Saigon” auditionees

Rachelle Ann Go is one of the top contenders in the Miss Saigon audition that started on Monday, November 19, at the Opera Haus in Makati City.

The Kapuso diva got a callback slip during her initial audition on Tuesday. She passed the second round which made her move on to the dance part of the audition.

Rachelle Ann is said to be among the local singers who are in the “wish list” of Dong Alegre, Cameron Mackintosh’s representative in the Philippines.

Along with the Kapuso diva, other celebs who were asked to stay and who still have a chance to snatch a role in the revival of Miss Saigon in London include Frencheska Farr, Aicelle Santos and Apple Chiu.

Apple, who could be remembered as one of the singers in the defunct Cesar Montano-hosted Singing Bee, is reportedly battling it out with Aicelle for the role of Gigi.
