Pinoy MYX Countdown (Nov 24-30) – Abra’s “Gayuma” is the new No. 1

After its no. 7 debut in Pinoy MYX Countdown last week, the music video of Abra’s Gayuma moved up to the top of the chart, toppling Julie Anne San Jose’s Enough which ruled for three weeks in a row.

Composed by Raymond “Abra” Abracosa himself, Gayuma also features Thyro and Jeriko Aguilar.

Upon upload of Gayuma’s music video on YouTube, it garnered a whooping two million views on its first week alone. It currently has eight million views after barely two months.

Meanwhile, Loonie’s Tao Lang is the longest standing music video in the list with a total of 13 weeks. It was followed by Young JV and Myrtle Sarrosa’s Your Name and Daniel Padilla’s Prinsesa both with 9 weeks.
