Regine Velasquez’s #SilverTake2 free concert tentative date is Dec 8

To make up for her failed silver anniversary concert, Regine promised to hold a free concert for the ticket holders. It will be called “Silver Take 2” as suggested by Martin Nievera.

Martin Nievera says the concert should be called Silver Take 2

According to Martin, to call it a “repeat” would be inappropriate for nobody wants what happened to Regine during the original staging to happen again.

The Songbird actually liked the idea and tweeted it to her fans.

However, “Silver Take 2” doesn’t have a definite date yet, but December 8 is being targeted as long as Regine will be given a clearance by her doctor and there are no damages in her vocal cords.

On Nov. 19, Regine’s sister and Silver producer Cacai Mitra, posted on Twitter:

The paid ticket holders of the Nov. 16 concert will have to get new tickets for free for “Silver Take 2.” There will be a deadline for the claiming of tickets, though, and they will be selling the unclaimed tickets to make up for the production cost.

Cacai also said that complimentary tickets allotted for the sponsors and promos during the Nov. 16 concert will not be honored in the free concert. Those tickets will also be available for sale.

No details have yet been released, however, for the claiming of free tickets or how to buy new ones. Cacai said she will announce the mechanics after she talked to the management of SM Tickets.
