The blockbuster hit The Unkabogable Praybeyt Benjamin will premiere on Cinema One on August 26, 8 PM, on the cable channel’s Blockbuster Sunday block.
The movie currently holds the record of being the highest-grossing Filipino film of all time. The lead star Vice Ganda’s talents in making the people laugh has paved the way for the movie’s tremendous success.
Of course, it also wouldn’t be possible if it wasn’t for the genius of director Wenn V. Deramas.
In the movie, Vice Ganda plays the gay role of Benjamin who has to enter the military to save his grandfather who is a general. Benjamin will try to disguise as a straight man but his true sexual orientation will be revealed and he will be kicked out of the military. He, however, proves that he can still be a soldier even if he is already out of the service.
The movie also stars Derek Ramsay, Kean Cipriano, Vandolph Quizon, Nikki Valdez, DJ Durano, Jimmy Santos as Bejamin’s father, and Jaime Fabregas as Benjamin’s grandfather.
