Rose Fostanes to release album soon, signs contract with Star Records

The X Factor Israel winner Rose Fostanes signed a recording contract with Star Records on Monday, April 7, 2014.

The Filipina OFW who took a big leap from being a caregiver to becoming a singing star will now have a recording career in the Philippines, and she's quite nervous, but happy, about it.

"It's my first time to sign a contract like this. Masaya pero nakaka-nerbiyos," Fostanes said, as quoted by abs-cbnnews.com.

She also said that signing a recording contract is very new to her, aside from the fact that it's so different from the job that she used to have.

"First time ko kasing ganito lalo na ang talagang trabaho ko ay caregiver at OFW kaya naninibago ako. Siguro dahil bago pa din kapag nasanay na siguro, okay na," she said.

She said she will also have some shows and Israel and is recording an album to be released in the country where she first became popular.

"Mayroon na kaming nai-record na dalawa pero sa sobrang busy 'di pa naipagpatuloy pero most of the songs, love songs. Kung 'di magkukulang baka kumuha kami ng konti sa ginawa namin sa live show," she said.

As for her Star Records album, she said she would want to have a duet with Charice in it.
