Marudo has been very effective in doing drama but with Pokwang in the cast, there's not doubt that it is a comedy movie, and a wacky one at that.
Directed by Tony Reyes, the movie is a romantic-comedy that Pokwang described as "napakasaya" that they were all laughing during the story conference held recently.
Pokwang admitted that she feels pressured, but said that she will just enjoy doing the movie especially that she and Marudo already know each other from previous projects.
"S'yempre hindi mo pwedeng sabihing wala kang pressure, meron 'yun," she said. "Pero since nakatrabaho ko na rin si Zanjoe, e-enjoy-in na lang namin ng bonggang-bongga 'to para positive lang ang labas ng trabaho."
As shown in the photo above, the contract signing was also attended by Star Cinema's Malou Santos and Star Magic's Johnny Manahan.
